How to repurpose building materials for an apartment

A new building materials project in Houston could use the leftover parts of a previous apartment building to make a new kitchen, bathroom and laundry room.

The project is being spearheaded by architect Marvins Building Materials, which plans to build a 10-bedroom apartment building on the property.

“We’re going to use all the parts of the old apartment,” Marvans co-founder David Miller said.

“We’re not using anything new.

We’re just going to reuse some of the components.”

The project could cost more than $30 million to build.

It’s expected to be finished by the end of the year.

Marvins was originally a furniture manufacturer in Houston before it moved to the San Francisco Bay Area and opened its first brick and mortar business in 2007.

Miller said the idea came to him after a business trip to Seattle where he met a woman who was looking for inspiration.

“She told me she had been to Seattle and she saw how much of a city there was and how much people enjoyed it,” Miller said, adding that she wanted to use the area as an inspiration to start a business.

The two went to Seattle to learn more about the business and were drawn to the city.

“Seattle was a city with a lot of potential and it was an amazing city to be a part of,” Miller explained.

“Seattle has been growing, it’s become a real hot spot for millennials, millennials are really attracted to this city.

Seattle was like a big opportunity for us.”

Miller said he and his team decided to make the project happen because they needed to find a place to live.

“When we first started, we had the building going, we were working on the site, and we were in Seattle, and then we moved to New York and we moved back to Houston and we just needed to get a new apartment,” Miller added.

Marvin’s building materials and materials company has been in the business since 2010 and is based in Houston.

Miller and his partners have designed the apartments and apartments are going to be manufactured by their company.

Miller said the building materials are going into a factory to make them and will be shipped to the project site.

“I’m really excited to be here in Houston because this project is a collaboration between Marvons and my company,” Miller concluded.
